30-Day Return Policy
At VibeVee, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

All original tags must be attached

The item must be in its original packaging

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note:
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. If applicable, return shipping details will also be shared at that time.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive:

A damaged item

A defective product

The wrong item
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof so we can review the issue and resolve it quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)

Personal care and beauty products (for hygiene reasons)

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible), and once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
Items must still meet the same return conditions:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Refunds are issued within 10 business days
