Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: During high-demand periods, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • India: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders (if applicable): 7–15 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier partner, customs clearance (for international orders), and unforeseen circumstances.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

We may offer:

  • Discounted shipping during special campaigns

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across eligible locations in India.

Please ensure that:

  • You provide an accurate shipping address and contact number

  • Someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the time of delivery

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if applicable). You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

VibeVee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the courier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.


International Shipping (If Applicable)

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Any additional charges imposed by their country

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
